BBQ tonight - lamb chops, spuds and garlic in an ancient metal pot, shallots in foil & baby belle & Clara aubergines halved and grilled.
And some time homebrew after a day doing gîte changeovers ?

A pink bookended meal beginning with chilled beetroot & orange soup and finishing with blackberry compot & ice-cream!
Mixed salad of potatoes, tomatoes, fresh shelled pea beans, raw courgettes and merguez sausages in the middle.

Well, yesterday for lunch was cucumber, potato and leek soup. Served hot. I am trying not to sate the cues....it as very good
