Friday night take away prawn toast with chicken balls, curry sauce and rice coupled with a few Belgian beers - Rodenbach Grand Crú

Breakfast this morning. Oven cooked cod loin with baby tomatoes,garlic,lemon and thyme in olive oil.

Yesterday Friday fish (dorade sebaste which I can only find called redfish in English, not something I've come across in the UK!) big white fillets baked with a basil garlic and crumb crust, grilled courgette and steamed beans in a balsamic dressing and baby roaties. making use of the small electric oven in the garage because it was so hot and managed to blow the electric in the whole house
