Yesterday I picked a boiling of autumn sown Aquadulce broad beans andt teamed them up with elephant garlic scapes in the same pan to give a rather interesting side dish.

First garlic bulb. The stem had fallen over so wasn't going to develop much more, it was bigger than I expected and I needed it for my latest batch of broad bean hummus.
