For lunch, fatty rump steak, sausages and black pudding with Aubergine Mezza on it which really brought out the flavour of the black pudding!

Some sausages left for Ron.

B. Bread and jam
L. Avocado and salad leaves on French bread stick. Tangerines
D. YS Mackerel fillets on more French bread. (Reminded me of holidays in Istanbul. Down on the waterside, the fishermen bring in their catch of mackerel and grill them on charcoal braziers. For a few dinars (or whatever the currency is now), they'll slap a fish fillet in a hunk of fresh bread, wrap it in paper and there's your takeaway lunch. Gorgeous).

B. Granola and chocolate banana yogurt
L. Leftover cooked mackerel, mixed with mayo and spread on bread stick. Tangerines.
D. Leftover pseudo meatballs in tomato sauce with added mushrooms on penne pasta.

FREE apart from the granola and I "paid" for the mackerel last night!

When I was into weightlifting at university I would eat 6-12 eggs a day. Used to crack them in to a glass and drink them raw.  Sick
