Yesterday I had roast lap of lamb with stuffing for tea and air fried bacon for brekkie. Today is unknown up until I have done some shopping.

Anyway change of plan for this morning, lot's of cooking bacon cut up into small pieces, scrambled with eggs and a healthy dollop of salted butter mixed in!
Even Kao (who doesn't normally like eggs) enjoyed a small portion of it!
