B. Sourdough rye bread with raspberry jam
L. Tuna and lettuce roll
D. Left over plant based thing (good job it was free as it was awful), pilau rice with mushrooms and leek.

B. Porridge with raspberries and blackberries.
L. Peanut butter and banana sarnie. Grapes.
D. Chestnut mushrooms and courgettes in a plum and hoisin sauce, with Thai sticky rice and a sprinkling of salted peanuts.
All FREE except the peanut butter and salted peanuts. Feeling nuttier than normal.

As the weather has been warm and sunny, we had salad with baked potato, all out of the garden with an egg and Langley farm cottage cheese, likely same tomorrow as cottage cheese won't keep very well now since they stopped including a plastic cap with the pot.
