All free as I'm treating the £5 pantry food as Free (My rules - don't argue Tongue)

Ah well, but as its free does it also mean it's within wartime rations?? Smile

B. Banana on sourdough toast
L. Avocado on olive bread
D. Vegan burger and courgettes with a twist. The £5 Pantry Chicken and chips came with a sachet of Indian spices (for the chips) and a spicy tomato dip - so I dusted the courgettes with the spices and had the dip with them and the burger. The courgettes took to the Spices very well. Would do again. Big Grin

Another FREE day. Smile

My own version of a 'justabout'  carnivore chilli lunch for me and kato was 500g of yellow sticker 20% fat beef mince fried, then three eggs smashed into it and mixed up as they were cooking. To finish off for me only,  lots of salt and half a jar of green jalapeno's and a large lump of butter. Kato got his without the salt, jalapeno's and butter and finished his before me! Smile I ate mine on the decking in the sunhine al-fresco. Cool If I am peckish later I have a ribeye in the fridge.
