L. Leftover vegan mince & rice. Two tangerines.
D. More leftover mince with mashed potato, carrots, cabbage and Brussels sprouts (emptying the bottom of the fridge). Each to there own Veggie, but to me ultra processed vegan mince is an abomination, but I do like the proper stuff!

B. the usual - porridge, apple and blackberry & yogurt
L. Sourdough toast & plum jam. Needed something in a hurry as I was out over lunchtime.
D. More leftover mince with mashed potato, carrots, cabbage and Brussels sprouts
(Special note for Vinny - the mince was a 30p YS jobby and its actually not bad at all).

Roast home grown veg with haloumi and couscous. Roasted extra courgettes at same time for freezing for pea and courgette soup sometime.
