L. The usual salad - lettuce cucumber tomatoes and grated cheese with a blob of mayo to glue the cheese together.
D. Courgetti spaghetti with pasta sauce and a tin of mixed beans. I dug out the spiraliser for the courgettes - only used it once before. Wasn't sure how long to cook the courgettes as I didn't want them to go to mush. Obviously didn't cook it for long enough as it was like eating string! Maybe it will have softened before I eat the next plateful. Today was the same as yesterday ^^^ but the courgetti was softer.

I’m chef this evening apparently. Friend wasn’t happy with her venison burgers she made last night so wants a night off. So I’m making enchiladas.
Almost forgot we’re having a massive salad with it! My friend doesn’t do salad and any vegetables she’ll eat are cooked to within an inch of their life!
Don’t get me wrong, my friends food is stunning but I need to eat something green.
