Ribeye with Jalapeno & cheese filled meatballs for brunch and salted belly pork done in the air fryer for ron with the addition of a couple of scrambled eggs.
Yesterday I actually had a chopped and boiled Mooli from the allotment with my evening ribeye, I just couldn't resist it!

B. Porridge with wheat flakes and blackberry and apple.
L. The usual salad - lettuce cucumber tomatoes and grated cheese with a blob of mayo to glue the cheese together.
D. Courgetti spaghetti with pasta sauce and a tin of mixed beans. I dug out the spiraliser for the courgettes - only used it once before. Wasn't sure how long to cook the courgettes as I didn't want them to go to mush. Obviously didn't cook it for long enough as it was like eating string! Maybe it will have softened before I eat the next plateful.
