Well done Vinny, considering the exercise you do I'm surprised the weight isn't falling off in slabs, maybe the fat and butter slow it down a bit.

Nah, I am carb free so need to eat tallow & butter to be converted to the small ammount of carbs I need to survive. Exercise is a bad way to lose weight, but if you don't excercie as you get older your muscles waste away..............and apart from that I enjoy it and it gives me an adrenalin high!
As for today, after fasting yesterday I wasn't hungry this morning but forced down one slice of bacon and one fried egg before I went to Barre & Abs Smasher this morning.
I have cooked Chinese spare ribs and one pound of mince with a couple of eggs in it as I usually do. Only ate half the mince and only had a couple of ribs. Plenty more for Ron, or even tomorrow.

For brunch at 11.00 , Ribeye steak, two bacon steaks and two fried eggs. That may do me for today but I may have some black pudding or liver later?
PS Black pudding at 5.00 it was!
