B. Grapes & Granola
L. Olive bread with grated carrot and cheese.
D. Salmon fillet with mixed veg mash (sweet potato, carrot and potato).
Plenty of leftover mash and more salmon for tomorrow's ration meal and I've made soup with some of the mash, the veg stock and a couple of small onions. Just need to decide on breakfast!

For elevenses (Brunch?) I had 1lb of cheap 20% fat minced beef adequately seasoned, fried up with 2 eggs folded into it and a small ammount of tomato passata.
To finish the bowl off I added grated parmesan and chedder cheese. Very tasty and filling and could quite possibly do me for today, although I somehow doubt it?

For breakfast, omellette and black pudding pork sausages. Can't say I was too enamoured with sausages especially because they had been beefed up with grains which I am trying to avoid. Won't buy them again! Later I will probably have to resort to my favourite, ribeye steak.
