L. Sweet chili salmon flakes on poppy seeded sourdough bread
D. Smoked mackerel with bread and butter.
Granola & yogurt were bought - the rest was free.

Yellows sticker seared Ribeye steak for breakfast. For late lunch, YS pork loin steaks and black pudding both marinated for a short time in honey, Chinese Five Spice and elderflower mix, with remainaing marinade poured over when cooked.

Made a carnivore sauce last night. A block of butter, a tub of soft cheese and a cupfull of beef stock all mixed together and heated in a pan with added salt and pepper then filled a small bowl. This can be used on any meat I eat and I tried it out on Venison Grillsteaks last night! Well impressed.
