I have my Daugter well trained.
Knowing that it is fishy Friday for me, she called in at the Co-Op yesterday and picked up orange sticker salmon and prawns for me at good price. I also have some Denver Steaks to use up so that's me sorted for today!
Salmon, prawns and scrambled eggs for 'Brunch' and Denver steaks for Ron.

B. Blackcurrants in syrup (found in the garage - several years old), granola and yogurt
L. Salad with couscous, edamame beans, almonds and broccoli
D. Leftover satay, mushrooms, couscous with mangetout & French beans.
FREE apart from the granola and yogurt.

D. YS Fish pie (35p) and samphire.
FREE apart from yogurt, granola and fishpie. 50p at the most.

I've a surplus of cucumbers and a couple of lettuce about to bolt so I thought, time permitting , I might try this.
