My onions from last year are finished but I am slowly getting through this years 'bolted' onions by cutting out the central core. The ones that haven't bolted are growing well and I should be self sufficient in onions again this year! Cool  Chuffed that I have never needed to buy an onion for about 4 years! Rolleyes
