Meatless Monday so salad with croutons,mozzarella,fried Halloumi, sweet beetroot and sping onions and smoked garlic.
I mistakenly thought smoked garlic would be milder so I added loads!  All I can now taste is garlic and I will probably stink of it for a few days!

What's starting to be my go-to meal lately! Cheap, thin cut bit of beef topside (under £1.50) cut into strips and flash fried in olive oil with red and green chilli,garlic,sweet pepper,spring onions and ginger. Served withi rice, to cool my mouth down!

Enchiladas tonight and while the oven is on baking the meatball bit of my take on IKEA meatballs for tomorrow night's meal

B. SD Rye bread with rhubarb & redcurrant jam
L. YS Prawns with some sort of sauce and SD toast
D. YS Vegan "duck" with rice, mushrooms and mixed veg & Sweet chilli sauce.
Cost about 40p for the YS items.

Another experimt today which rated about 7 out of 10 to the bringing of tears to my eyes scalle of spicyness.
Robbed a couple of Kato's chicken thighs I get for him and used red & green chilli's, a whole head of garlic, large lump of ginger, grated, green sweet pepper, par sreamed brocolli. tin of coconut milk and a tin of chilli beans.
Ate two bowl fulls and one lis left for Ron!
