Meatless Mondy so lumbared myself with Smoked India Rubber Tyre (Tofu) (Or at least that was what its texture and taste was to me!) with brocolli and asparagus. Wahed down with 'Pea' milk another taste sensation that was well named!
The only saving grace was the tasty apple I had for afters which took away all the rubbishy tastes.

Aww Vinny, I've tried pea milk, and I thought it was really quite good! Tofu though... no thanks.

Tofu is just made from bleached car tyres!

Stuffed pork steak fillets, roast potatoes, kale, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and a lovely red wine and meat juice gravy with lots of left over stuffing, the stuffing was bread crumbs, my own flat leaf and curly parsley, thyme and lemon thyme, my own white onions, some chestnut mushrooms, and a grated apple all blended with rock salt, and ground black pepper with salty butter to bind it.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Tonight will either be venison steak, chips, tomato, peas, mushrooms & onion rings or venison steak curry. Depends what sort of steaks they are when they’ve defrosted.

Interesting 'Thai' red curry with kale, carrots, parsnips, celery, squash, tomatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms and tofu (yum). Third day, 2 more to go.
