Mince in gravy with lots of carrots and mash. Done in the pressure cooker whilst I peeled the potatoes, set aside while I attended a university lecture online tonight, then quickly mashed the spuds and dinner was served with less than 10 minutes of my time spent on cooking. Is it obvious I'm a project manager?

Home made chicken curry and cous cous. Don't ask me which of the many herbs and spices I added as I just keep adding stuff until it's to my taste!

After the veg. curry, I mixed the 2 together with an egg, flour and a bit of milk to make mixed stuff and potato cakes. which we finished yesterday with some baked beans.

Mac and cheese made with cheddar and a vegan soft cheese that turns out to be lovely! It was purchased for lactose intolerant step daugher, but she's not keen on cheese. Served with a big slab of steak for me and kievs for Jay.

Another Vinny experiment which turned out flavoursome.
Asit's Fishy Friday I had two yellow sticker haddock fllets (£1.29) which I skinned, flavoured with dill, parsely and basil. Covered fillets with chopped tomatoes and cooked in oven. Served with broad beans and brocolli..............a cheap tasty meal
