Meatles Monday is back again and I was at a loss what to make? Huh Came up with combining fried eggs, deep fried grilling cheese slices and the veg leftovers from yesterday Sunday dinner. Smile I had my carbs with porridge,blueberries and chopped dates for brekkie! Rolleyes

Bacon, egg & mushrooms on toast.

First time I’ve eaten mushrooms in over 10 year. I’ll let you know in an hour if that was a wise decision or not! They did taste good though.

Similar to my main meal for  today. Dry fried Bacon & mushrooms (a whole punnet as they were past SBD) and mixed beans in tomato sauce. Smile PS Was it a wise decision?

The mushrooms were a wise choice.
Tonight is venison curry unfortunately not including mushrooms. Only because none at the shop today.

Todays main meal was belly pork chopped up into 30mm pieces and marinated in Chinese Five Spic and cooked in oven. This was served with mashed swede and brocolli. Smile
I used Chinese salt and pepper mix as a condiment and this turned the swede in particular into something special! Cool
