I've made it a few times nice with naan bread and dips.
This evening we're having Briam with mackerel and a slice of sourdough.

Gammon steaks, baked potatoes, sweetcorn and as many other veg as I can get on his plate with egg or pineapple on the steaks depending on what himself would prefer.

Paella with spagetti courgette and freshly picked tomatoes.

Helen was a wonderful cook and asked me to get her a Mandolin. The Mandolin I got was taken out the box for the first time today and used for making the cougette spagetti. Its such a shame she wasn't well enough to use it, I am sure she would have been thrilled with all the different cutting heads that came with it.

A couple of friends came over today, so we fired up the barbeque. First time I've used a flatbed barbeque and I really like it! The food doesn't really get that charcoaly flavour, but I reckon it might work for pizzas, if I could find a dome to put over it.
We had pork shoulder steaks, sausages, chicken burgers (not breaded - more like Heck sausages, in burger shape), salad, olive bread, potato salad, garlic potatoes and cheese. Yummy.

BBQ beef burgers, & pork sausages with steamed new potatoes onion rings and baked beans.
Oh yea I forgot we had my son in laws Nando spiced chicken wings, where he uses my Joe Long Cayenne pepper as the seasoning with black pepper, Himalayan pink salt and olive oil.
