BBQ steak with onions and garlic mushrooms also boiled freshly dug spuds with loads of salty butter. Side salad with cold slaw

This evening we're having Spicy Courgette koftas I use this recipe but don't bake the koftas in the sauce after it makes them to soft.

BBQ, my SIL did all the cooking for a change, I just sat back and enjoyed BBQ Ribs, chicken wings, Cumberland sausages, buffalo burger, onions, with a big bowl of freshly dug Nicola potatoes
