I have a new wok and a wok recipes book. 
Today's recipe was chicken and new potato Thai curry, done in a wok.
It was very tasty but I had picked up a tin of low fat coconut milk by mistake which meant it did not thicken enough for me. Lesson learned!

Reheat of last nights chilli con carne with rice chips and battered onion rings. Chilli was more mature tonight than last night.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Feeding the neighbours this evening. Because one of them likes crab the other is a snob and only likes white crab meat . I suggested crab Thermidor would be a good recipe. JJB I've Not made Moroccan meatballs for ages will have to have it again soon.
This evening its our usual Saturday tagliatelle, bol, pesto, parmesan with garlic bread and a glass of red.
