It does make a difference if you put them in the fridge before cooking it stops them falling to bits to much in the pan.
This evening we're having sausage egg and chips, not had that for ages. I think mine would have held together better if I had forgone the mayonnaise? Still nice though.

Today's meal was cod fillet on a bed of oven roasted veg. I am a big fan of covering the top of the cod with ritz type crumbled biscuits mixed with melted butter. It gives a crunch to the meal and keeps the cod fillet nice and moist.

Cider battered haddock fillets grilled, onion rings in batter proper ones not them machine formed ones and chips with skin left on cooked in the air fryer with lots of lovely light mayonnaise.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Four different flavoured batches of chicken wings. Teriyaki with sesame seeds,Cajun,Garlic and herb plus plain un-coated.
I didn't realise the difference it made by giving them a dusting with baking powder before oven cooking. Had broccoli with them and the Terryaki and sesame seed coated ones were the nicest.

I made a lovely chicken do-piazza using a cheat jar of sauce from Aldi with added hot curry powder, loads of onions, mushrooms, peas, and mixed peppers served with boiled rice.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Pizza again as we had loads toppings and a spare base. With salads including homegrown bean sprouts.
