Fish pie, haddock, smoked haddock and salmon topped with sweet potato, though enjoyable would be better with a plain tattie topping

..........Just added vegetable Pakoras to my planned evening meal as I found some in the far reaches of the freezer. I am making a cheese sauce for my brocolli but intend using it as a dip rather than poured over. No doubt the Pakoras will get dipped in it as well.

Chicken Buhna with rice, I used my yellow bumpy chilli powder and WOW it was super hot. I cheated using a readymade sauce from Lidl or Aldi it had 3 chilli on the label but was not very hot so I added my own heat

1/2 a tin of Aldi's  Sundried Tomato,Lentil and smoked Paprika soup (Love the stuff), followed by Cod loin and vegetables. Smile

Soup followed by a rhubarb, ginger and orange Sponge with custard.

That looks good Bren, I’ve saved that  Smile .  Any chance of the rhubarb sponge recipe, that sounds lovely as well  Cool .
