More or less Vegan tonight (milk in the cup of tea). Thai curry with tofu, coconut milk, thai spices and veg out of garden. Tasted good which is most that matters.

I picked some cavollo Nero and other greens in the tunnel, boiled and mashed potatoes made Colcannon with the greens and lots of salty butter, grilled pork chop with sage and onion rub on the chops.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Wow, ribeye on a week night - that's a once a year treat for us I hope you enjoyed it because you've certainly earned it!
Last night we had shashluka (eggs poached in a spiced tomato sauce) but made with a pumpkin base rather than the tomato sauce, using this this recipe. Interesting but not spicy enough.
