Prawn, avocado salad.....and you can't have fish without wine!Not to bad at all. I did it with a thyme & red wine sauce/gravy thing. And some veg. I’d have it again.

SC, How was the venison prepared ? in strips or whatI’d change a couple of things next time I cook it. The most important thing don’t let Bob help ! Seared the venison in a pan first . Then yes, I would of cut it into sausage sized strips. Not the small bite size pieces “mr I’ve got no bl@@dy teeth left “ cut it into! I think it would of been perfect in strips. Unsurprisingly came out a bit over done for my liking.
