Finding I've lost a pound in weight notwithstanding the fact that I'm not dieting must be all the upping and downing, digging and shifting. Proves that exercise works. Not going to take up jogging in the winter though
I'm meeting two of my friends for coffee in the garden this afternoon. The first meet up since lockdown, it will be great to have a girly natter.

YAY, but how much? We've only had a sprinkle here, just enough to darken the soil but unfortunately not enough to soak anything. I continue to hope for more.

Its still raining and its enough to run off the GH roof into the gutter and into the water butts.
The paving has changed colour and actually looks wet, Its washing the dust off the car.
Fingers crossed it reaches you soon JJB.

Rain, and no sign of roof-smashing hail. Yet

No rain here but it’s cold 13’C and some dark clouds up there.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

I think it may half fill up the water butts
