Last night was roasted woodcock wrapped in bacon with a whole grain mustard & red wine sauce.
Tonight is mussels in a cream, tomato & chilli sauce with big fat slice of homemade bread.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

Smoked sausages (saucisse de Morteau) slow cooked with lentils, leeks & celery, with olive oil and garlic mash. There's loads of the lentil leek mix for making a Monday soup.
