Had steak and onions and mushrooms last night with colcannon.
Tonight it’s lamb massaman curry with rice.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Mustard greens and chard slow cooked with onion, garlic, ginger and dried chilli, finished with balsamic vinegar, with trout fillets, steamed PSB & sauté spuds.
This really tamed the pokey mustard greens!
