Had Corned beef, potatoo and onion pie last night. Had a load of filling left which I put in the fridge. Last nights pie is almost gone (also made plum and pear lattice pie) so will probably make another today at some time. I will have a look through the cupboard to see if there is any tinned fruit I have and maybe mix it with some apple I froze to make another lattice pie.
Found a latticing gadget at back of cupboard and love using it!

Tuna pasta bake,
Onions, garlic, courgette, tin toms, roasted toms, oregano, then stir in tuna and cooked pasta, top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Place in oven for 25 mins.
This time of year my only contribution was the oregano and roasted toms both out of the freezer.
