Dahl curry. One thing I've found is adding a chunk of pumpkin thickens the sauce and adds a bit to the sweetness. Butternut squash does the same with a lot more sweetness, particularly with carrots and tomatoes.

Sausage paprika casserole, onions, garlic, mushrooms, sweet peppers, celery, carrots.
Then my parsnips, JA's, bay leaves, with frozen roasted toms, beans, oregano, thyme and peas.
