Sorry no pictures. For several weeks now I have been finding things knocked over in the workshop. Today I found the culprit. There was much scrabbling and rustling in the back of the workshop and when I investigated I found a Hedgehog that had got into a big garden bin and couldn’t get out. Put the bin on its side so it could escape. I think it is living in the straw bales that I store in there.
I’m leaning towards Pearl boarded fritillary rather than dark green fritillary.

He must of been a bit dizzy. I found him on the underside side of a pallet. After I’d rolled it to the top of the plot.
now it’s ducks in the garden [attachment=6591]
Red ants on my apple.

Not sure what was going on. 2 of them were having a tug of war with another ant. Another one just wandering around and coming over to check how the others were doing occasionally.

Cannibalism? Not sure I want to like that, red ants bite me!

I react very badly to red and bits. Because I’m delicate  Big Grin  Wink . They’re still fascinating little things.
Maybe it was a dead ant and the undertakers had come in to remove or dismember it. In case you think I'm intelligent, I read this here https://anthacks.com/why-do-ants-carry-dead-ants/
Thanks veggie, very interesting. Reading that, it all sounded very familiar. Must of seen that before somewhere. Probably a David Attenborough program  Cool .
