Thoroughly grey, dreary and drizzly here today. My big compost delivery is supposed to be coming, but it could be any time from 10am until 4pm. They should ring and give me a more specific time slot but they haven't yet. I woke up at about 4am this morning (after about three hours sleep) and couldn't nod off again, but I could really fancy a nap now!! If they would ring and give me a time, I might be able to doze for a bit but no luck with that so far.
Fine this morning but now it’s raining.

I ventured down to the pond, which has filled up a bit, despite have the liner stabbed lots of times. Trying to think of a way to build a small pond within the pond that I could move the frogspawn into - then I could get on with draining the rest of the water and remaking the space.
Just more rain.
Fed up with it all
So much rain again today. My compost didn't arrive until late afternoon on Wednesday and by the time it was stowed (and I had watered and fed my stowage assistants/parents) there was no time to do anything more in the garden. Then it rained all day yesterday and it's tipping it down again today. No gardening for me!

Such a shame as I took annual leave this week specifically to get things done in the garden. Sunday is supposed to be nice so I'll try to get out there then, but I don't fancy it in this weather.
Horribly wet - again!
Got thoroughly drenched on my market stall today!
You’re not supposed to ”like” the fact that I got thoroughly drenched!!
It was a sympathy 'like', I wouldn't want you to think you were being ignored, especially if you were cold and wet Big Grin
Thank you for your sympathy.
I knew what you meant really - just pulling your leg!
Oddly it’s raining here . No sign of stopping soon.
