PP we do have high ceilings  but it’s only a mini trampoline so I can’t see me jumping that high. It’s dtill fun though.

I'm very envious, could you provide a masterclass?
Danny I sow a small amount of lettuce every couple of months planting it in any gaps in the beds plus some in buckets.   A sowing early August gets planted in the GH border once the toms have finished, if the Toms are late ripening  the lettuce goes into buckets instead overwintering in the GH. 
Just picking a couple of leaves from each plant keeps them producing until the spring crop is ready.
Jay is feeling a bit better today, thank goodness. He's not eaten much, but he's sat in his computer chair for the first time since Friday. He's been awake most of the day. Definitely getting better, but still moans as if it's manflu lol
