Bought some seeds from Premier seeds - 99p a packet. Number of seeds in (brackets).
Chinese cabbage - Michihili (1000)
Yellow Sweet Spanish (Utah) Onion (1500)
Jumbo Pink Banana Squash (25)
Pineapple Physalis ixocarpa (50)
Turkish Orange Aubergine (50) - Yes, I know I said I'd never grow aubergines again. Wink
I bought three Calathea houseplants as they had a huge variety of them in Lidl for £3.49 (I was very restrained and didn't buy one of each type!) Got them home and looked up how to care for them, only to find "fussy" in almost every guide for them that I could find!
Bought seeds from Dobies
Zinnia Faberge
Sweet Peas Earl Grey
Sweet Peas Fire and Ice
Runner Beans Snowstorm
Runner Beans Tenderstar
There aren’t many in each packet -wish I’d seen Veggie’s post first - then I’d have compared PremierSeeds.

I like the sound of pineapple physalis. Grown them before???
I think its just another name for ordinary physalis which are supposed to taste a bit like pineapples. Maybe to differentiate it from tomatillo?
I grow them every year, and, I've just eaten one I picked earlier.........doesn't really taste of pineapple but tropical.
Ive a cape gooseberry popped up in the Gh this year - not grown any for years.
I bought five houseplants from Tesco. A monstera and four begonias (various pink and silver leaves), reduced from £10 to £2/£3, each coming in a ceramic pot too. I haven't bought any houseplants in years so I was pleased with my little haul.
I bought 3 pks of tulips from lidl in a weak moment and a miniature red rose to join the 2 different pink ones I already have.

None left in my Lidl
I often order stuff with a friend to save on postage... she asked this year did I want any daffs... not really I planted loads last year, but I caved in. She just sent a photo - I think I'm going to be busy!!
