Edited to say I’ve just read back, congrats to Vinny and family xx
Our only daughter getting married at end of June after six years with the same lovely chap. Don’t know if this means they are getting broody (daren’t ask!) but hope it does.

Thank you! And sure - never one to hide my light under a bushel Big Grin

This is a Black-eyed Susan I drew for an online class in coloured pencil drawing (I think I posted it ages ago when we were discussing the banner art for this site, but maybe that was on the temporary site?):

and this is a watercolour sketch I did in the Cambridge Botanic Gardens in February 2020, just before the world went to hell in a handbasket - it was freezing cold that day, so I had to work really fast!

I also do urban sketching, but that's not so relevant to a gardening forum!

Lovely pictures Eyren, thanks for sharing.
All the good news in the happy thread Smile Congratulations, Vinny. Eyren, I admire that notebook. Maybe someday....

Also big sigh of relief for good feedback on a project for a new client. What - me worry?
... still raining, nice and steady.

What is this rain of which you speak?

East Anglia is living up to its reputation as the driest part of the UK again  Sad
Ideal scenario here, rain at night and sunshine  through the day. Cool Sorted! Big Grin

Until Monday we'd only had 2mm since mid March so I feel your pain Sad
We've had a few showers today, the first rain for weeks. Cardiff is living up to its reputation as the wettest city in the UK.Smile
I had to search for that https://findanyanswer.com/what-are-the-w...-of-the-uk .
