I've gone off the idea!
Eight pints of whole milk in Morries costs £2.90, Organic is £4. Plus I'd have to buy Rennet which seems to be quite expensive if bought online - and I don't know any shops that stock it.
Even if the cheese was a success, as Moth says, I'd end up with 3+ litres of whey and since I rarely bake anything, it would end up as dog food. Back in the cupboard it goes - I'll use the muslin for jam making.
