My girls are obsessed with american pancakes (the spongy cakey ones) so mine was golden syrup. If I could have proper pancakes then lemon and sugar - maybe I will sneak those in a lunch time next week.

I remember about 10 years ago or more being in New Jersey visiting family and we went to the IHOP (International House of Pancakes) for breakfast, I’m not mad on American pancakes but with crispy bacon and maple syrup they were edible, but what amazed me was the menu you could have a 3 course meal for dinner all pancakes with crepes for sweet.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.
