I'm really into cheese and onion at the moment, so I will do a mixture of grated cheese, spring onion and sweet chilli sauce in cottage cheese. Sounds odd, but it's so tasty. I'll have that in one or two pancakes.
Then a couple of sweet pancakes, one with lemon and sugar, and one with squirty cream and raspberry jam
Vinny, what does ACV stand for?

Nutella. I like honey and lemon too, but I was in the mood for chocolate.

I won't be having conventional pancakes because I hate making them. However, I bought 2 packs of yellow stickered Scotch pancakes in Morries yesterday and I'll probably have some with lemon curd this evening.

No pancakes here. P said not to bother because there's plenty of dessert stuff in the fridge and I'm better off without. I do feel a little let down though,

Ahh yes, that makes sense! Yes, Vinny it is really good for you. I use it all the time, but never thought of using that with salmon in a pancake though
