This is an evergreen ground cover plant:
I thought it might be a periwinkle, but I waited all year for it to flower, it never did.
Any ideas, anyone?

The leaves look smaller than the ones I have so wondering if yours is the dwarf periwinkle/Vinca minor?

I could send you some plants and you can grow them side by side to see the difference, or not. It would be a pleasure.

You've got plenty of grass stuff that it could creep into - it likes doing that.
