This is an evergreen ground cover plant:

I thought it might be a periwinkle, but I waited all year for it to flower, it never did.

Any ideas, anyone?

I'll give it another year and some tlc, see if it flowers Smile
The leaves look smaller than the ones I have so wondering if yours is the dwarf periwinkle/Vinca minor?

You're very kind, but seeing as how it's a bit of a thug I'm not sure I've got anywhere to put it Smile
You've got plenty of grass stuff that it could creep into - it likes doing that. Wink
This may not help as mine has been pruned by the deer .
