2022 - Tonight's recipe

Beef tatties and brocccoli totalling about 800 calories my one meal for today. 

Beetroot and hazelnut Bites with a Pomegranate Glaze - with potato mash,
The beetroot thingies were really nice (Vegan), part of Morries Christmas specials.
"Deliciously rich, made with beetroot, red peppers, sundried tomato paste and toasted hazelnuts. wrapped in a crisp beetroot crumb with a sachet of Pomegranate Glaze". Was £3 now 75p - unsuitable for freezing. Guess who just pulled them out of the freezer. Absolutely nothing wrong with them.

The rest of the beetroot bites with coucous from the back of the cupboard, soy sauce and a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds that had fallen off some of the sourdough rolls.

Lunchtime, I mixed some precooked blackpeas (from the freezer) with a chopped onion (starting to sprout) and a tin of chopped tomatoes. I'll be having the rest of that tomorrow with the leftover couscous from tonight.

Oh deer!

Tuna pasta bake, I'll add either a courgette or a tin of white beans.

I have a surplus of flour so I've put some pizza dough on. I haven't got any mozzarella so not quite sure what pizza my boy will be having
