Some very dodgy spar BBQ spare ribs. I’m not expecting great things from them. But eating them because to embarrassed to take them to tomorrow night BBQ!
The chip we’re having will be good.

Rainbow trout boneless and skinless goujons with dips.  Made the batter with Irn Bru, egg and flour and garlic with lots of salt and pepper. I don't like bones in fish so figured out a way to ditch the bones and the skin and coat with batter. Rather tasty with a sweet chilli dip and a hollandaise dip.

We’re off to a village BBQ / beach party thing for the jubilee. There will definitely be sausage, homemade rolls, homemade hot sweet chilli sauce & beer because that what we’re taking.

I am inspired and think I have a tin of spam at the back of the cupboard so may just join you with a similar meal.
