Yesterday and today - Yellow sticker salmon fillet and pumpkin and potato mash.
I bought the pumpkin cheap after Halloween and the spuds are from the yellow sticker sack bought about the same time.
Lunch today was pumpkin and potato soup using the cooking water from the veg and a big dollop of mash!!.
I'll look like a pumpkin soon.

Last night I did pulled pork in jacket potatoes with a briam on the side. I was unsure if J would eat the briam - far too fancy for his liking normally, but he really enjoyed it!
Today I'm using one of the bargain beef roasts that I got on Christmas eve - a sirloin roll with porcini stuffing. It looks amazing and it's HUGE. I'm going to do salt and vinegar roast potatoes, and lots of veg with it. And home made gravy of course. Yum.
