B. Wholemeal bread and banana sandwich
L. Shredded Lettuce & beetroot topped with Sourcream & Chive dip and Hummus
D. A medley of sprouts, kale and cabbage (supposedly in a maple syrup glaze - though I couldn't taste it), spring onions and topped with hummus. (2 tubs down and 2 to go).
Several Amaretti.
