Today will be a second plateful of roast lamb Sunday dinner. I couldn't have it yesterday as it was meatles Monday so had to have it today.

COST 20p.

I've got some beef mince (10% fat) and I have had risotto rice sitting in the cupboard for ages, so I am going to try making beef risotto.

Chicken stirfry tonight, and veggies so far this week are:
cabbage, onion, potato, peppers, green beans, garlic, parsley, mint, carrots, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, water chestnuts, broccoli, cauliflower, navy beans (baked), squash, chilies = 18
