Today will be slow cooked brisket with Sunday dinner veg!  I started cooking brisket last night and I was drooling at the aroma permearing throughout the house!

B. Stewed quince and coconut yogurt
L. Chickpea and bean salad with sourdough toast
Sourdough fruit loaf
D M&S Sweet and Sticky cauliflower (was £3,50 and meant for 4 portions. I ate it all and it cost me nowt). TBH it wasn't as nice as it sounded. Wouldn't buy it.

Today was a HUGE bacon sarnie this morning with about 1/2lb of bacon from the fridge that was on its last legs, and a hot beef sarnie this evening with the last of the slow cooked brisket!

Jacket potato with cheese and beans for me, beans on toast with cheese for Jay. I used a four italian grated cheese mix that was lovely, and Jay used cheddar. Basic, but quick and filling
