Vegetable curry made with leftover Sunday dinner veg, some fried Tofu and some passata. Very nice and I didn't need to have carb laden rice with it as I had small tatties in with the veg. Smile I could have blitzed it but I prefer my veg chunky! Cool

Chicken curry tonight with a curry mix from the asian shop nearby. Lots of veggies - shishito peppers, onion, garlic, tomato, peas, broccoli. And I have no shame - we had rice with it, lots of it Smile
