Is it a Persicaria/Polygonum/Knotweed/Bistort or my favourite name "Pudding Dock".
Lots of different names, big family but all much the same.

Lots of different names, big family but all much the same. Don’t think so Veggie - the leaves are like a succulent and it’s only about two and a half inches tall. (The photo didn’t show scale - as Father Ted says “near, far”.
