Do you start building tomorrow?

First thing is the hedge has to come down all the way along the front of the plot. Also level the bank the hedge is sat on. Hopefully this will help the ground drain a little. Then we start .
The question is how long we let the ground drain before starting. If Bob thinks it’s going to sit and drain till next March, which has been mentioned. He’s going to find himself in a much more dangerous situation than a solicitor .

Hooray at last. What a relief. You do realise I hope, SC, that having been at the protracted birth, (some longer the others) we are now all godparents to your new house and will be insisting on info and updates and generally interfering throughout its formative years.
I hope Bob remembers where the hard hats are stored.

Also definitely not bespoke.
You obviously deal with the rolls Royce of kitchens, we’re more in the market for the second hand mondeo of kitchens! Haha!! That's me too! But such a fab space.

Feel like we’ve achieved something. The hedge is down. It looks a little different.
I’ll be having lots of bonfires this week.
